Bankers Trust demonstrates the flexibility of exceptions management and reconciliation software in streamlining multiple operational processes with ProfitStar's nBalance technology.
Bankers Trust, the largest independent bank in the US MidWest, initially introduced nBalance to automate daily manual reconciliations between the bank's SunGard Trustware package and the general ledger.
The software has since been extended to automate other manual reconciliation procedures and to improve compliance monitoring and client reporting.
