UK stockbroker Teather & Greenwood reports on its experience of using City Network's CityNet Enterprise Reconciliation software as a back office automation tool.

The City Networks' package was initially chosen from a shortlist of three to replace a resource-intensive Crest reconciliation process that used Access and Excel as the supporting tools.

Since implementation, the system has adapted to changing compliance and data management issues and been extended to cover other back ofice automation requirements.
