The report offers insights into the factors that determine IT application quality across geographies, with a special focus on banking, insurance and capital markets.
The report draws on data from the 2009 World Quality Report, where data was acquired by surveying over 10,000 CXOs, IT directors, QA managers and engineers at more than 400 companies around the world. Responses from 60 financial services firms were collated and used to look at trends across the industry.
