Uzbek fintech company Humans buys the UPay payment service

Humans (AO Humans Companies, Uzbekistan) announced that it had acquired a 100% stake in the authorized capital of Maroqand LLC, Uzbekistan (trademark UPay) and became its sole founding shareholder.
