regulators were warned by traders that "last look" was illegal and allowing market makers not only deny trades BUT see vital order flow >
The regulators did nothing ! They really should be in the court room for allowing market abuse .... Sadly our cries for help were drowned by regulators wallowing in wasted regulation called MIFID 2

the HFT promised liquidity and therefore the exchange closed their eyes to their activities ; on a depth of market screen these actions were blatant .

sadly the exchanges have denied allowing certain HFT privileges and the regulators believed them ! This news shows how guilty Virtu and other algos have been ; pehaps we may see some exchanges threatened with jail

sorry ; but the simple truth is that the FSA /FCA totally failed to administer the regulations ; which were correct and therefore the members failed to take the medicine .............Please the FCA has to take the majority of the blme as they were as useful as a chocolate tea pot during this period ! Even worse as they were warned countless times during the event and denied any abuse !

as traders "fines " never work HOWEVER a suspension is without doubt the worse torture for a trader ; a loss of trading rites sends a clear signal to clients that something is illegal and they will opt for another broker !

finally our complaints have been answered but the cheetahs have been allowed to pick pocket while the regulators been either asleep or hood winked by the main players . How guilty are the other "dark pools " .Perhaps like luis suarez a very long ban is only remedy ?

CME along with Eurex and ICE have been very economical withe the facts over given data . I have written a few articles about this ; sadly regulators are unable to intervene as exchanges hide behind their RIE status . Sadly they are guilty of not providing "fair and orderly markets " but have so far managed to deny deny and deny .

sadly traders like myself have been complaining of being "pick pocketed " for years ', yet have been ignored by exchanges and regulators alike . Perhaps now we can name and shame the cheats ....some big names who are the thieves of trading .
