Was the press release a fake from an investor looking to raise the valuation of Array significantly and then dump the shares? Worth investigating.

I suggest that you read a book called 'How to lie with statistics' by Darrell Huff. It is still in print and used to be compulsary reading to take a Maths degree. A someone who has spent 45 years in banking and finance IT and who has been to the US 80 times or more, I know that these figures are wrong. I suspect that someone has confused the number of fraudulent transactions with the number of people who have been defrauded. In other words, if someone steals your card information and uses it ten times before being stopped, that is not 10 people being defrauded. Suggest that you contact Visa and Mastercard, who carry out more than 60% of credit card processing in the US to get an accurate figure rather than third parties.

I find the statistic that more than half of all adult Americans suffered credit card fraud in 2021 an unbelievable statistic. As a result, I did not read further and treat the rest of the srticle with disdain.

One way to save the environment is to not buy anything made in China. They are building new coal fired power stations and do not care about emissions.

This is the third time that Vista have tried to sell Misys in the last seven years. The merger with D+H was made after the second failure.

Please tell me how Pay-By-Bank differs from a Variable Amount Direct Debit, which has been available from UK banks for 30 years or more. I cannot see any difference.

I think you will find that Citi have a long history in India. I recall CITIL - Citicorp Information Technology India Limited in the 1980s.

I have had a Debit Card for more than 10 years. I just tap it at any store and the money is transferred. I don't need to enter any of my account information. So how does this differ?

Ketheraman, you are quite right. In the UK you can cancel a VADD at any time by just contacting your bank. The same is true in the US. As a result, as a consumer, I cannot see any difference whatsoever.
