I've re-engineered SCRUM processes, defined quality metrics for IT work, and contributed cross-functionally by offering technical support, pre-sales assistance, RFP responses, and HR support. My adaptability extends to building applications for Enterprise and SMB customers using Social and Cloud computing techniques, particularly with the Appian BPM Suite.
