Nasser really leveraged the work he did in Saudi with the SADAD service.  SADAD remains an outstanding demonstration of how a country can implement a comprehensive  Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment service.  In Saudi, SADAD is built on the core Checkfree iSeries EBPP solutin from Fiserv.  Outstanding work!  Nasser
