Nancy has been named Senior Vice President, Global Strategy, while Jacinto has accepted the position of Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources. Both appointments are effective immediately.

Nancy's background is in strategic planning and execution, aligning business action to strategic direction using enterprise program management practices. Prior to joining Fiserv CBS Worldwide, Nancy spent 14 years with EDS focusing on performance improvement, strategy development and planning across multiple industry segments and geographies. Nancy most recently worked with Attorneys' Title Insurance Fund.

Jacinto's rich and diversified background will be key in helping Fiserv CBS Worldwide achieve its growth objectives. He was formerly with PepsiCo International where he served as Vice President, Human Resources for their Sabritas division, headquartered in Mexico City.

Prior to Sabritas, Jacinto was Vice President of Human Resources for Frito Lay International's Latin American Region: a multi-national operation with 6,000 employees. In addition to Latin America, Jacinto has directed compensation, staffing and acquisition strategies for global operations, including those in Europe and Asia Pacific.
