ThankYou Rewards members can now shop with a Rewards Account Number, a virtual credit card account number linked to their Citi credit card and ThankYou Rewards account, where MasterCard® and Visa® are accepted. Rewards Account Numbers give Citi ThankYou Rewards members who have a credit card enrolled in ThankYou Rewards flexibility to use their ThankYou Points when shopping online. Here's how it works:

1. Log in to your ThankYou Rewards account to generate a Rewards Account Number for the desired amount of your available ThankYou Points. For example, select 10,000 ThankYou Points to be used for a statement credit of $75.00 towards your purchase.

2. A Rewards Account Number can be used to make purchases anywhere online - or by phone - where MasterCard® and Visa® are accepted. This number can be used multiple times and at multiple merchants before midnight Pacific Time on the day it is generated.

3. Provide the Rewards Account Number at checkout just like your actual credit card number.

4. After a purchase is made, you will see the purchase on your Citi credit card statement along with a statement credit for all or part of the purchase, based on your available ThankYou Points. After your Rewards Account Number expires, any unused Points will remain in your ThankYou account.
