Caplin StreamLink Android allows developers to build mobile trading apps that take full advantage of real-time connectivity with Caplin Liberator, Caplin's high-performance financial internet hub. By providing native support for Android, Caplin StreamLink now offers a simplified development path, faster application launch and improved performance for trading apps on Android devices.

Caplin has also released an updated version of Caplin StreamLink iOS which has been rebuilt with the latest iOS SDK to fully support Apple iOS 6 and the iPhone 5. This release provides improved functionality and performance with native iOS apps.

Both the Android and iOS 6 versions of Caplin StreamLink support seamless switching between cellular and wireless connections, implement resilience, failover and load-balancing to ensure connections are maintained, and manage connection bandwidth.
