Andera, a financial software company that simplifies account opening and lending for banks and credit unions, announced that AltaOne Federal Credit Union has chosen the oFlows multi-channel platform for online deposit account opening.

Founded in 1947 by Navy personnel at the China Lake, California Naval Air Station, AltaOne is headquartered in the town of Ridgecrest. With 12 offices in the California Central Valley, AltaOne has more than $530 million in assets and serves over 48,000 members. The move to oFlows will enable AltaOne to be even more responsive to the needs of current and future members, according to Wendy Cleveland, Vice President.

"AltaOne chose oFlows to bring online functionality to the next level and to prepare for the future," Cleveland stated. "Our goals are to respond to our members through better online access, to streamline the branch process, and to be proactive in meeting our members' expected needs. With Andera's oFlows, we have the right tool to attain those goals."

Andera CEO Charlie Kroll added, "The oFlows platform allows AltaOne Credit Union to better serve depositors, wherever they may be. Their customers are seeking convenient, self-directed channels of access - including tablets and mobile devices - to their products and services. oFlows makes service delivery convenient for their members and reduces time spent in branches."
