Rogers will be based in London and report to Lee Adams, UK Principle Consultant, focussed on TLM PA (Transaction Lifecycle Management - Process Automation).

Rogers' appointment is in response to the demand SmartStream is experiencing for its Middle Office and Trade Process Management solutions. Adams, explains, "TLM® PA is empowering customers to leverage their existing infrastructure in the Middle Office to deliver a broad range of solutions from Order Routing, through Trade Confirmation and Cash Management to Exception Management. As our customers seek transaction management solutions that stretch across their enterprise - TLM® PA's non-intrusive technology is incredibly compelling."

Rogers brings with him deep STP knowledge and experience having held Product Manager and Consultant positions with Cable and Wireless, Fidelity Brokerage Services, Netik and most recently Omgeo.
