The agreement provides a framework that allows Unisys and the Processing & Network division of TietoEnator to cooperate on services-based solutions that include IT consulting, data center and applications services, and end-user support.

TietoEnator and Unisys have a long history of working closely together in major engagements, especially in the Nordic countries. The two companies have partnered to provide services especially to clients in the telecom operator space. This agreement now is for the parties to approach jointly international companies having their headquarters in Nordics and Europe.
