Springbok Services, a leading provider of prepaid MasterCard solutions, announced today the completion of a round of institutional funding from Goldman Sachs.

The investment will enable Springbok to accelerate its growth strategy as it continues to serve businesses as the one-stop shop for branded prepaid card solutions.

"We're very excited about our relationship with Goldman Sachs," said Dwayne Jones, president, chairman and co-founder of Springbok Services, Inc. "We have been very selective in considering funding sources over the years. This is a significant milestone for Springbok Services, and we're very proud to make this announcement. Springbok's rapid growth and continued success is a tribute to the commitment of our network of private investors, the hard work of our employees, and the loyalty and trust we have earned from our business partners and customers."

Established in 1998 as the Best Present Company, a marketer of MasterCard gift cards, the company changed its name to Springbok Services in 2005 following the development of their a vertically integrated platform for processing, personalization and fulfillment of customized branded prepaid card solutions.

"Since our inception, we have been patient and worked very hard to position the company to capitalize on this type of opportunity," said Taylor Ohlsen, chief executive officer and co-founder of Springbok Services. "Goldman Sachs' investment further validates and enables our vision for the future, and we couldn't be more pleased to start this new chapter in our company's history."
