Thunderhead, the leading provider of enterprise communications technology, today announced the appointments of Neal Keene as Vice President of Industry Solutions and Rodney Frye as Vice President of North American Sales.

These senior-level appointments reflect Thunderhead's strategic objective to aggressively grow its operations in the US market with the hire of proven industry performers like Keene and Frye and on the back of high profile customer wins including Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers, Origen Financial and UBS.

Neal Keene joins Thunderhead from Document Sciences, where he served as Vice President of Industry Solutions, leading a team of industry specialists focused on the Insurance and Financial Services marketplaces. As Vice President of Industry Solutions at Thunderhead, Keene will be responsible for defining Thunderhead's global go-to-market strategy for targeted industries and industry segments and leading the development of discrete solutions on top of the Thunderhead Enterprise Communications platform. Keene will also be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with industry-leading solution providers in the Financial Services, Insurance, and Government markets.

Rodney Frye joins Thunderhead from Group 1 Software, a Pitney Bowes Company, where he held multiple sales positions over an eleven year tenure. Prior to Group 1, Frye also served for eight years with DocuCorp where he held a variety of technical management positions. As Vice President, North American Sales at Thunderhead, Frye will be responsible for sales and support operations in North America.

Frye and Keene bring with them a combined thirty years of experience in the document generation industry and are established figures in the North American marketplace. They add to the rapidly growing Thunderhead presence in the US market and complement the appointment of Thunderhead's US-based Chief Marketing Officer, Chris McLaughlin, earlier this year.

Glen Manchester, CEO of Thunderhead, commented, "I am extremely pleased to have both Rodney and Neal join our team as we continue to expand our operations in the US market and establish ourselves as the market leader in enterprise communications. With their extensive experience and proven capabilities, I am certain they will contribute greatly to our continued success and rapid growth. Their decision to join the Thunderhead team is a superb endorsement of our corporate strategy and our track record of delivering an exceptional customer experience."
