The company says one of the deals announced is a seven figure contract with ING Direct, the US retail banking subsidiary of Holland's ING Group.

ING Direct is a current user of Norkom's flagship customer relationship software Alchemist, which it is using to predict and analyse customer behaviour.

Norkom also supplies analytical software for the detection of fraud and money laundering.

Liam Griffin, SVP sales, Norkom Technologies, comments: "The recent signing of over €5 million worth of deals demonstrate that companies are prepared to invest in technology which has a demonstrable impact on the bottom line."
