Bank of America has introduced a new online service for retail account holders and non-account holders to order foreign currency and travellers cheques over the Web.
Customers can purchase up to US$5000 in foreign currency or foreign currency travelers cheques in various denominations, and can make payment using several methods. Orders of up to US$1000 can be delivered via UPS to the customer's home or business within two to three business days. Orders of more than US$1000 must be picked up at any Bank of America full service location.
Customers may also deposit foreign currency into their accounts for conversion into US dollar amounts.
