The contract calls for the porting of Banco Patagonia's Control-M scheduling application to an IBM System p server.

Control-M is used to manage finance and accounting tasks that need to be performed on a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly basis. It also integrates and schedules other ERP applications from SAP, Oracle and PeopleSoft, so that they work together.

Under the agreement IBM will also upgrade and consolidate server and other hardware and provide application support services, server monitoring and critical backup services.
