According to press reports, Joseph Shay, 24, has been charged with two felony counts of criminal possession of stolen property.

Shay, who was vice president of accounting for Partners Trust Bank, was arrested in his office earlier this year. Police seized six computers belonging to the bank from his car, which was parked in the bank's car park.

Police believe the computers had been removed from a storage building after they were taken out of use by the bank late last year.
