Moane was most recently at Deutsche Bank where he was responsible for the global derivatives trade capture platform. He was also involved in developing e-commerce initiatives supporting the bank's emerging markets business.

In his new role, Moane will manage Barclay Capital's trade capture and workflow platform and the end-of-day risk and P&L reporting platform. He will be based in London and will report to Matt Cirino, director, fixed income technology.

The firm also recently appointed Nancy Gloor as managing director, global head of fixed income technology and chief information officer, Americas.
