Bruce Aust, who previously led the west coast office of the Nasdaq stock market, is to take over from recently departed vice chair David Weild as EVP of the corporate client group. Blatney, a former head of sale for Nyfix Millennium and director of institutional sales at the Island ECN, will report to Glen Wolyner, EVP of Nasdaq transaction services.

Wolyner was one of Greifeld's first appointments when he took over the helm of the ailing Nasdaq stock market in May.

Both Blatney and Wolyner are previous employees of Bloomberg.

New EVP Bruce Aust joined Nasdaq in 1998 and has developed strong relationships with Nasdaq-listed companies during his stint at the west coast office where he was in charge of client relationship management and new business development.
