Tieto and Danske Bank have agreed to co-operate in sales of electronic invoicing service solutions. In addition to electronic invoicing, the collaboration covers invoice printing, scanning, archiving and presentation services.

The jointly marketed service is targeted at large Tieto and Danske Bank customers. In practice, the collaboration means an opportunity to easily access a standardized and comprehensive invoicing service for both Tieto and Danske Bank customers, which includes corporate invoicing and e-invoice services for consumers. If necessary, a solution that brings added value, built using predetermined service packages, can be produced to fulfil the customer's special requirements.

The signed agreement makes serving Tieto and Danske Bank online invoice customers more efficient especially in Finland and the other Nordic countries. The service can be expanded globally as online and e-invoices and other electronic transmission services expand, because the partners' operational processes are described in detail and the functionality of the partnership and the responsibilities of the parties have been ensured.

This way the customer company receives a functional online invoicing transmission chain with a single contract.

"Danske Bank is constantly and actively seeking better comprehensive solutions to support improvements to the efficiency of its customers' value chain," says Director Matti Villikka from Danske Bank.

The Tieto Sales Director, Nina Lukkari, says that the company has engaged in long-term collaboration with Danske Bank.

"We have sought the best possible way to approach our customers with a comprehensive range of services. I am happy that now we can deepen our partnership even further and together with Danske Bank offer our customers the best possible extensive and easily adoptable online invoicing service."
