With Systar's Process Performance for SWIFT application, BIL can ensure optimal quality of service, meet customers' expectations on time and manage risks that could have a negative impact on the bank and its customers.

Systar's Process Performance for SWIFT provides real-time insight into the SWIFT Messaging environment through end-to-end performance monitoring, from internal applications to the SWIFT gateway (SAG). It helps banks improve operational performance, address emerging risks and communicate proactively with lines of business and clients. Process Performance for SWIFT has been awarded the 2012 SWIFTReady Application label. This is the fourth consecutive year that Systar has earned SWIFT Ready certification.
