Qintess reshuffles top team; hires former JPMorgan tech exec as advisor

Qintess, a leading digital transformation business headquartered in Brazil, has announced the appointment of former J.P. Morgan Technology and Operations Executive, India Gary-Martin, as a senior adviser.

In her role, India will provide Qintess with insight and guidance to support the expansion of its global footprint and client base.

Qintess has also strengthened its leadership team with six new senior hires, including a new COO, as it accelerates its international expansion into Europe and the US.

Qintess’ appointments will enable the business to accelerate its growth in Europe, where it operates from London, UK and Lisbon, Portugal, as well as in the US, where operations include New York and Charlotte, NC:

• India Gary-Martin joins as a senior adviser. With more than 25 years’ experience in the financial sector, India was formerly Technology and Operations Executive for investment banking technology and operations at J.P. Morgan. There, she was responsible for a multi-billion-dollar budget and oversight of 15,000 staff across more than 40 global locations. India was recognised as one of the top 50 businesswomen in Europe and named the National Association Of Female Executives 2019/2020 Entrepreneur of The Year in the US. She is passionate about race and gender equity, and therefore closely aligned with Qintess’ values.
• Rubem Poli Swensson is named Qintess’ Global Chief Operating Officer. He brings more than 20 years’ experience in the IT sector and has managed international digital transformation projects for multinational companies such as Accenture, Integris (now part of Atos), Portugal Telecom (now Altice) and GFT Technologies, where he was the COO for Brazil.
• Nuno Filipe Ferreira is appointed as the head of client solutions and business transformation at Qintess. He has more than 20 years of experience delivering business transformation projects, most recently as the head of global core products and business development at Nokia, where he was also a member of the digital transformation strategy team. His experience includes senior roles with companies such as Altice, Portugal Telecom and Libbey.
• Alexandre Canatella joins Qintess as ESG and innovation director. He has more than 20 years’ experience as technology entrepreneur and co-founded the Brazilian Foodtech company, CyberCook. Prior to CyberCook, Alexandre was Carrefour's director of digital business.
• Anselmo Ressel is appointed as Qintess’ executive director of operations. Specialising in the systematic delivery of data solutions, Anselmo has led business operations on an international scale for companies including HSBC, IBM, Semantix, Keyrus, Banco Bradesco and TIM Group.
• Kendji Wolf joins Qintess as senior executive director. He has more than 20 years’ experience leading data, analytics, AI, development and operations technology initiatives for major retail, telecoms and financial services companies.
