London-based electronic exchange software companies Easyscreen and Communicating have signed heads of agreement relating to the integration and co-marketing of their respective products.
Under the agreement, EasyScreen will interface its EasyRouter core platform to the Aquarius matching and trading engine owned by Communicating. Mutual clients will be able to use the integrated software to match internal orders, conduct auctions and support the creation of internally tradable products.
