Orange Business Services - Trading Solutions, the leader in convergent voice and electronic trading infrastructure and services for the trading communities, today announced that Lionel Grosclaude has become Chief Executive Officer of the firm.

Lionel Grosclaude takes over the CEO role from predecessor, Pierre-Louis de Guillebon who ran the company for more than three years, successfully steering Etrali to become Orange Business Services - Trading Solutions in 2006. De Guillebon will take on a new role within the Orange Business Services Group, focusing on the B2B market sector.

Grosclaude was previously Chief Operating Officer, overseeing strategic management and operational insight of Orange Business Services - Trading Solutions and has worked in the company since 2005. As CEO he will now have full responsibility for the direction of the firm, managing 15 subsidiaries around the globe. Prior to joining Orange Business Services - Trading Solutions, Grosclaude was Vice President, Carriers Business, for France Telecom.

Commenting on his new role, Lionel Grosclaude said, "Taking over Orange Business Services - Trading Solutions in the current market is particularly challenging. Our focus will continue to be on meeting the needs of customers and helping them to achieve competitive advantage by providing innovative solutions to their trading requirements, whether regulatory compliance or a desire to reduce latency. The company helm has been handed to me in an excellent position and has tremendous potential. I'm looking forward to developing the firm further, leveraging the expertise and resources of our parent group to drive the business forward and in new directions. The market can expect to hear interesting company and product news over the course of the next few months."
