Christian Reuss is to assume the role of CEO of Scoach Schweiz AG and Scoach Europa AG, Frankfurt, with effect from 1 June 2009. He comes to this position from the Public Distribution department of Goldman Sachs in Zurich and Frankfurt, responsible for Switzerland, Germany, Austria and Italy. Prior to that, he held posts in Goldman Sachs' Equity Derivates Flow Sales and Institutional Research Sales departments in Frankfurt and London. Reuss will be taking over from Michael Jung, the current provisional CEO.

"In the two years since it was founded, Scoach has become the largest European marketplace for certificates and warrants. The international orientation as well as the broad range of products and our client-oriented service offering also provide the basis for continued growth, which we will be pursuing with our partners in the future," said Christian Reuss.

Reuss graduated from Frankfurt's Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in business administration (Banking & Corporate Finance), earned an MBA (Banking & Finance) from the Henry B. Tippie School of Management/University of Iowa, and is a CFA charterholder.

With the handover to the new CEO Christian Reuss, Michael Jung concludes his involvement with Scoach. He will be taking a sabbatical and ultimately seek a new career direction. Thus, Jung has asked the supervisory board to not extend his contract which is due to expire at the end of the year. The supervisory board acknowledged Jung's request and commends his successful work in establishing Scoach over the past few years. Michael Jung has been engaged with Deutsche Börse Group since 1994. Starting in 2007, Jung became a member of the Management Board of Scoach Europa AG and the executive board of Scoach Schweiz AG.
