No sex at Goldman Sachs

US investment bank Goldman Sachs has filed a complaint against a Netherlands man who operates an adult service Web site called goldmansex.com, arguing that the domain name of the site could be confused with its own.

According to a Reuters report, Goldman Sachs submitted a complaint to the National Arbitration Forum (NAF) about the the goldmansex.com Web site, which was set up by Rob Muller, 32, from Albian in the Netherlands.

The adult site provides links to strip clubs and escort agencies. The bank argues that the site name could cause confusion to its customers.

Muller told Reuters reporters that "Goldman" was his nickname and that he has hired a lawyer and would fight to retain the domain name.

He says it is clear that the services on offer couldn't be misconstrued as a new Goldman Sachs product line.
