SOFGEN Holdings Limited (SOFGEN), an international provider of IT solutions for banks, has announced the successful deployment of Temenos T24 R10 at Agribank Zimbabwe. SOFGEN upgraded Agribank from GLOBUS G13 on Universe to T24 via full re-implementation.
The project comprised a full system audit, followed by comprehensive system re- implementation to effect the upgrade, interface development and customization, and in-depth training of Agribank staff. The SOFGEN team worked closely with Agribank developers as well as Temenos support teams to bring about a seamless transition within a successfully tight timeline.
