As a Legal Counsel, I am responsible for drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts with leading acquirers, key partners, and merchants. Working directly with product and business teams, providing business-oriented advice, resolving issues that arise in relation to existing commercial relationships to ensure minimization of legal risks.
Independently leading legal compliance with data protection requirements of GDPR and CCPA from the scratch. Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E).

I am a business lawyer with experience in consulting (Big4 & law firm) and fintech.
Before Solid, I worked at Deloitte bringing a creative approach to legal problem solving and advising governmental agencies and multinational companies in relation to personal data protection, intellectual property, corporate, and contract law.
