My experience shows that this is pure dreams.... There is nothing concrete in this demonstration... Not realistic as many of these inititaitves...It is intellectually attarctive, but does not resist to the practical implementation. I would recommend a second analysis in this regard... The potential savings of centralise averything to the UK is likely to be jeopardised by, as was the case of many intellectual constructions before, in the card industry, such as wallet operators, one-time PAN solutions or too simplistic prepaid cards solutions that never came to operations...
