In this role, he will be responsible for all day-to-day operations, leading the firm on its mission to be the industry standard for capital markets software. He will head the company’s executive leadership committee and report to company founders and co-CEO’s Charles Marston & Kishore Bopardikar.

Mr. Xatart’s arrival comes at a time as the company seeks to grow and sustain its rapid expansion in revenue, market share and staff. He is tasked with accelerating and managing this growth, as the company continues to introduce innovative solutions and new delivery models to meet the diverse needs of capital markets participants.

Mr. Xatart has a distinguished career as an entrepreneur and as a C-level executive. Prior to Calypso, he was the CEO & co-founder of Giift.com, one of the world’s largest loyalty and card programs network with over 1,200 loyalty and card programs in more than 50 countries. 

Mr. Xatart is a recognized leader in financial technology.  As the CEO of Sophis (now Misys Sophis) during the financial crisis period, he led the company to sustained growth in new clients, bookings and revenue. He was also a senior executive with Linedata, a global solutions provider to the Wealth Management and Credit community, where he held various roles including Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Managing Director of Asset Management. Mr. Xatart also serset Management. Mr. Xatart also served as CFO of Le Public System, a public relations and communications firm, and he holds an MBA from the European Business School in Paris.
