nCino, the leader in secure, cloud-based operating solutions to the financial services industry, announced today that $539 million Texas-based Integrity Bank, SSB has launched the company's Bank Operating System to standardize and automate the workflow of its SBA lending processes as well as increase visibility into its loan pipeline.

Integrity Bank was looking to simplify how they gathered information for their SBA loan files in addition to ease their filing and archival. Finding nCino, Integrity Bank realized the Bank Operating System could totally transform the mechanics of how it lends to small businesses and tracks and manages those relationships over time.

The nCino platform centrally houses all forms, agreements, financial statements and other documents needed for loan transactions, available to any party involved in the loan when needed. Integrity Bank has also opened up secure third-party access to the Bank Operating System, primarily for attorneys. By setting appropriate permissions, they can now electronically retrieve, complete and file the documents they need rather than requiring physical paper to be handled from the branch.

Additionally, nCino’s Bank Operating System automates all of Integrity Bank’s document workflows, providing greater efficiency and clarity as well as process governance into loan production. With these elements in place, Integrity Bank can customize reports at any time to snapshot the portfolio’s performance, for instance, or drill down further into specific loan files or even loan officer activity.

Jerry Tarnopol, SVP of Integrity Bank, said, “Being a young institution, we are still establishing our reputation as a lender and growing our footprint. nCino was the cloud-based platform we needed to provide our borrowers with the quality service and quick capital they deserve to achieve their business goals, which in turn helps us also achieve our growth goals.”

Cloud-based, nCino’s Bank Operating System allowed Integrity Bank to implement a true off-premise secure solution that also sets it on track to scale loan operations with minimal disruption.

“To be a competitor in providing complex, high-demand SBA products, banks must streamline processes through automated document workflow, form generation and robust reporting,” said Pierre Naudé, CEO of nCino. “Our Bank Operating System provides Integrity Bank with the functionality to eliminate duplicate processes, saving time and removing costs from consolidating multiple systems while allowing them a significant return on investment.”
