Redi Holdings LLC, the independent, industry-backed provider of the RediPlus execution management system (EMS), today announced the strengthening of its sales, account management and development capabilities in the New England region with the hiring of Sean Graham and Roseann Hoffman Woodford, two seasoned equity trading professionals, and Jeremy Warburg, a veteran buy-side software developer.

Mr. Graham, who has been named Head of New England Sales, joins REDI from Fidelity Capital Markets, where he most recently served as a Sales Trader on its electronic trading desk and managed coverage for 40 institutional accounts. Prior to that, Mr. Graham worked in Merrill Lynch's electronic equity sales organization, servicing the firm's Boston-based institutional clients, and before that held a similar role at Archipelago, launching its Boston operations.

Ms. Woodford, who previously served as an Equity Trader at Pyramis Global Advisors, is responsible for the day-to-day coverage of REDI's institutional clients in New England, providing support, guidance and insights derived from her half dozen years as a buy-side trader. Prior to her tenure at Pyramis, Ms. Woodford also spent time on the sell-side, working as an Equity Sales Trader on CIBC's Boston trading desk and an Operations Manager at Detwiler Fenton. She began her career in the compliance department at the Boston Stock Exchange.

Finally, Mr. Warburg joins as a member of the REDIPlus development team. Previously a developer at Hedge Fund Bridgewater Associates, Mr. Warburg provides Boston-area clients access to a local programming resource focused on building out the platform's future capabilities.

"The Boston market is an incredibly important one for us," said Sean Sullivan, Global Head of Sales & Marketing. "We're extremely excited to expand our team in the region with the addition of three professionals of this caliber."

He continued: "While REDIPlus has historically been thought of as a hedge fund-focused front-end, the work we've done over the past year to make it a truly multi-broker, multi-asset, global EMS has enabled us to gain a tremendous amount of traction with the asset management community. By adding Sean and Roseann, two well-regarded industry veterans from the Boston trading community who bring a deep understanding of the buy-side's unique needs, we can continue to be much more than a technology provider and instead serve as a true partner and resource for our clients in the region."
